The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to a beautiful mall which was a great place to spend the afternoon after visiting the Apartheid Museum. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with large beds and fantastic full bathrooms. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to make our anniversary special with flowers and champagne. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options for both Western and Asian tastes.

The hotel rooms were starting to show signs of wear and tear, with some bumps and tears in the wallpaper.

Good This hotel proved to be an extravagant stay with exclusive amenities. the room was ambient with intricate details, not common in most hotels. the restaurant menu had a variety of delicious dishes, and the bar/lounge area was charming with top-notch service. the location was conveniently linked to the mall, which was a bonus.

Bad the service in the Sauna came up short for the price of this luxurious hotel. Apart from that singular experience, everything else was splendid.
