The hotel is extraordinary and clean, the staff are super-friendly, location is excellent to Rosebank or Park station. Overall nice food, plus there is Alice and Fifth close by. Excellent service, they provide a private parking and free Wi-Fi. The fact that it has a smooth check in, that worked great for us. We really enjoyed it so would love to go back...

The breakfast options for vegetarians were great, and we enjoyed complimentary drinks; the well-kept room had large clean towels, and the location was excellent for getting to Rosebank or Park station.

key card deactivated twice ; plug in handbasin would still not disengage even after reported on morning one ;Pet hate is guest supplies (shampoo etc )in clear bottles and you cant read the labels unless you have your glasses on in the shower! . internet booking did not work so hassle at check in and then advised that i was a non show and I would pay a penalty!.

The room was modern and impeccably clean with all necessary amenities, including a walk-in closet and spacious bathroom. It made us feel right at home. the breakfast was fantastic for vegetarians, offering delicious food options. - the staff was friendly and eager to assist, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

Great breakfast with lots of yummy food and drinks to choose from. Checking in was a breeze, and the room was a good size with everything you need like cozy beds and a spacious bathroom. 🍳

Faulty plumbing,- handwash basin -drainage blocked

Great view and delicious breakfast. Close to shopping and dining. Our room had an amazing view of the city and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of choices. The location was also a big plus, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby for convenience.

Poor customer service and outdated facilities. The gym was particularly disappointing with old equipment that wasn't functioning properly.
